Was plenty of food & a wide range to learn about. My favourite was the tempura. Was so tasty that I cooked it at home that night.

We really enjoyed the class, the teacher was friendly and knowledgeable and we learned some new things.
First thing I’ve ever eaten with matcha that I liked. I am submitting a private review so I can say that it would have been 5/5 but we were a bit concerned about food safety practices that would make us unsure of doing any future classes.
A great class though. We will definitely be making some of the recipes at home.

Paul made the French Cooking simple and is very generous host! All was prepared and organised well. I have done lot of Bento Classes but this one stands out as we learnt lot of dishes, salad dressings and deserts! Great setting and fun group.
I will certainly recommend and attend other class with him! Thank you Paul me and my sister had a great time!

Paul at the Market
Paul at the Market: With 38 years in hospitality, chef Paul LeNoury the brings a broad and deep spectrum of skills spanning hands-on culinary craft, high-volume production, menu development, and front-of-house leadership. Beginning at age 13, they built a foundation in improvised cooking, then advanced through apprenticeships at St Andrews Hospital in East Melbourne.
With a long history of cooking around Melbourne including Stephanie’s in Hawthorn Paul embarked on his own business. Yum Catering (rebranded from Le Noury Catering) in 2005 with brands such as Yum Paella, Yum Mexico, and Yum Tagine. After weathering a fire and growth challenges, they operated a 200-seat venue with full liquor license in 2019, delivering weddings, events, and corporate catering. Paul’s vision has always been to pass on knowledge bring us to 2025 with the launch of yes chef cooking school.
Paul wants to re-invent the cooking school bring it to the people with classes that resonate with today’s home cook. Poles infectious excitement for what he does means that events with poles team of chefs at venues popping up all over Melbourne will be the destination for culinary learning and the embracing of local Victorian and more largely Australian based ingredients come and join us for a class soon.
