Ingredients (Base Liquid)
- 1 x orange peel – use grater or Julianne fine stripes
- 1 x cup orange juice
- ¼ x cup honey
- 2 x red chillies sliced finely
Method:
- Place in saucepan and bring to the boil gently, place in jar and refrigerate.
Uses:
- as a dipping sauce or brush over grilled meats drizzle over grilled or fried king prawns or fish fillets
- salad dressing or noodle salad
- marinade for chicken
