Versatile Fish and Seafood Rub

Ingredients (Base Liquid)

  • 1 ½ x cup finely chopped parsley 
  • 1 x tbls finely chopped garlic 
  • 1 x tbls Moroccan spice 
  • ¼ cup lemon juice 
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil 
  • 1 x teas sea salt

Method:

  • Mix and place in jarred refrigerate or make fresh as needed

Uses:

  • Rub into a scored whole fish and bake the fish for 15 to 20 minutes per kilo 
  • Rub over leg of Lamb and bake slowly
  • Marinade Chicken, fish or lamb fillets and BBQ
