Ingredients (Base Liquid)
- 3 x tbls soy sauce
- 2 x tbls rice vinegar
- 1 x tbls mirin
- ¼ x teas sesame seed oil
- 1 x teas finely chopped ginger
- 1 x teas finely chopped garlic
- ¼ x teas finely chopped chilli
Method:
- Mix together in jar and refrigerate as make fresh as needed
Uses:
- Always shake before use as the sesame oil floats pour over grilled beef on the BBQ or hot pan and rest meat in the juices before
Serving:
- dipping sauce for any asian dish – sushi, spring rolls or tempura marinade for squid, beef, fish before cooking
