Asian dipping sauce

Ingredients (Base Liquid)

  • 3 x tbls soy sauce 
  • 2 x tbls rice vinegar 
  • 1 x tbls mirin 
  • ¼ x teas sesame seed oil 
  • 1 x teas finely chopped ginger 
  • 1 x teas finely chopped garlic 
  • ¼ x teas finely chopped chilli

Method:

  • Mix together in jar and refrigerate as make fresh as needed

Uses:

  • Always shake before use as the sesame oil floats pour over grilled beef on the BBQ or hot pan and rest meat in the juices before

Serving:

  • dipping sauce for any asian dish – sushi, spring rolls or tempura marinade for squid, beef, fish before cooking
