Paul made the French Cooking simple and is very generous host! All was prepared and organised well. I have done lot of Bento Classes but this one stands out as we learnt lot of dishes, salad dressings and deserts! Great setting and fun group.
I will certainly recommend and attend other class with him! Thank you Paul me and my sister had a great time!

April 2025 The French Cuisine course run by Paul was excellent. He explained things very carefully and gave many good tips for preparation in advance. Paul was so welcoming. Some classes can be intimidating but this was like cooking with a friend who is super knowledgeable.
Paul gave me the confidence to actually try cooking Italian on my own and ideas on experimenting….not just following a recipe.
We Produced the best gnocchi I have ever had and the trout delightful. Finished with Pannacotta would highly recommend

We really enjoyed the class, the teacher was friendly and knowledgeable and we learned some new things.
First thing I’ve ever eaten with matcha that I liked. I am submitting a private review so I can say that it would have been 5/5 but we were a bit concerned about food safety practices that would make us unsure of doing any future classes.
A great class though. We will definitely be making some of the recipes at home.

Small Class of 9 in lovely environment. So much food & excellent varied Japanese menu.
Paul was kind & easygoing – not formal or intimidating. Provided Sake, water & Prosecco if you wanted.
Highlights were Matcha pannacotta with caramel Miso sauce and the tuna on wonton crisps. Highly recommend.

Venue was v arty, eclectic, great! Teacher was v friendly, informative & gave lots of practice, helpful advice w different techniques.
Was plenty of food & a wide range to learn about. My favourite was the tempura. Was so tasty that I cooked it at home that night.
