Privacy Statement

1. Yes Chef Cooking School will comply with the ten national privacy principles in handling the personal information of customers, trainees and employees.
   Collection – Yes Chef Cooking School will collect only the information necessary for one or more functions. The individual will be told the purposes for which the data is collected.
2. Use and disclosure – Personal information will not be used or disclosed for a secondary purpose unless the individual has consented, or a prescribed exception applies.

Destruction of Records

All other records are subject to destruction within 6-12 months following graduation. Hard copy items are destroyed bi-annually through a third-party document destruction service.

Certificates of destruction are retained in the relevant Compliance systems and folders.
