Ingredients (Base Liquid)
- 1 ½ x cup finely chopped parsley
- 1 x tbls finely chopped garlic
- 1 x tbls Moroccan spice
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x teas sea salt
Method:
- Mix and place in jarred refrigerate or make fresh as needed
Uses:
- Rub into a scored whole fish and bake the fish for 15 to 20 minutes per kilo
- Rub over leg of Lamb and bake slowly
- Marinade Chicken, fish or lamb fillets and BBQ
