Paul was so welcoming. Some classes can be intimidating but this was like cooking with a friend who is super knowledgeable.
Paul gave me the confidence to actually try cooking Italian on my own and ideas on experimenting….not just following a recipe.
We Produced the best gnocchi I have ever had and the trout delightful. Finished with Pannacotta would highly recommend
